Тамилы проживают на юге Цейлона (Шри-Ланки) и на Юге Индии. А это песня звучит на Тагальском языке, который распространён на Филипинских остравах.

I was born in Tamil Nadu, and that doesn't sound like Tamil. If it's from the Phillipines, it's probably Tagalog.
