Нет, это целиком. Просто увертюра состоит из двух мелодий -- "Спортивный марш" ("Закаляйся, как сталь!") и "Если Волга разольётся".

На 52-58 секундах музыка очень напоминает какую-то другую мелодию, иностранную. В голове вертится Синатра вперемешку с Диснэевскими старыми мультфильмами, но никак не могу вспомнить названия. Есть идеи?
